Gördülékeny mindennapok a mobilitásban
2026. 03. 23.

A 2025/2026-os tanév hosszútávú mobilitás programjában két tizedikes diákunk vett részt. Csóka Luca Eszter (10.a) Carla Jimenez Alcalát, míg Jakab Viktória (10.c) Edurne Candel Echeverriát látta vendégül. A diáklányok a spanyolországi Tafallából érkeztek. A két iskola szoros együttműködésben dolgozta ki a lányok számára legoptimálisabb órarendet, amelynek segítségével tudtak kapcsolódni matematika, fizika, kémia, biológia, testnevelés, digitális kultúra és angolórákhoz is. Nyelvi nehézségek nélkül vettek részt a művészeti oktatásban is.  Ezen felül heti rendszerességgel tanultak magyarul, illetve a német nyelv rejtelmeibe is betekintést nyerhettek.

The first days I was very nervous because I didn’t know the people and the family. But after some weeks started to feel more comfortable.

I liked this experience, to be two months very far from home, without your family and friends is difficult, but it’s very exciting and good to life things like this.

I learnt a lot during these two months, more like personal things such as I socialised more than I would have done in Spain, and it’s a very good thing, I met a lot of kind people that I liked to spent time with them.
With the language, I spoke in English, and this helped me to explain better myself in a different language.

And I learnt a lot of things of Hungary, before this trip, I didn’t know anything about Hungarian culture and language, but now I know a lot of interesting things and I learnt some Hungarian words, just the basic ones. But now, I am very happy to know more of Hungary.

Some difficulties I had these two months is to get use to the time and the timetable of the school, because we woke up earlier than in Spain and the timetable of the school is very different that in Spain, I wasn’t used to that, so I had some days that I didn’t sleep well, but it wasn’t a big problem.
Other difficulties were the food of the lunch, because I didn’t like it a lot, but at home, the family are polite, and they made lunch in case of my partner, and I were hungry after school.
And the last thing is that I felt homeless, some days I was a little it sad because I wanted to see my family but thank to my family from Hungary and my Spanish friend that we came together, they made me feel very happy.

Forgetting all that, it is a very good experience, the family are so kind, I loved to spend my two months together with them I pass a great time with everyone. I felt very comfortable at home, and they were so kind with me, everything I needed they could give me. And with them, we visit a lot of beautiful places around Hungary that I enjoyed a lot. (Edurne)

The moment I arrived in Hungary it was a total shock. Mostly everything was very different to Spain. The first few days were better than I thought they would be. I was trying to adapt to the schedule, when to eat, when to sleep… At first it was a little bit hard, but over time it got much better. Now, mainly at the end of these two months, I’m still not fully adapted, but I can manage it.

Nevertheless, people here in Hungary and very polite and kind, and I appreciate it so much.

In these two months I have been living with a host family. They are very nice, and they care about me. I’m very grateful, they let me stay at their house. It was an amazing experience. They explain me everything about Hungary, they also took me to see the most beautiful and emblematic places in Hungary. I think I felt in love with the Hungarian architecture and with more things, that I can’t tell you because it will be huge. Living with them, I think it changes the way of seeing the country. They show and explain me their culture and for me it was fascinating, however, it was different to mine.

These two months went fast, and I think that not only did I learned english, but also about a new culture. It’s an experience that I would never forget, and that has show me lot of things I wouldn’t know if I wouldn’t have come here. (Carla)
