„Innovatív pedagógiák a kecskeméti Piarista Iskolában" - 2018-1-HU01-KA101-047107 - 2018. július 1. - 2019. június 30.
A kecskeméti Piarista Gimnázium, Kollégium, Általános Iskola és Óvoda nemzetközi fejlesztése során öt fajta tevékenységet valósítottunk meg.
Az ezek mögött lévő célok az iskola átfogó pedagógiai megújítása, ami a most indult iskolafelújítási projekt kapcsán teljesen időszerű; az iskolavezetés aktívabb és szélesebb bekapcsolása a nemzetközi fejlesztésbe, hogy ez a terület a pedagógiába jobban integrált legyen; a természettudományok, különösen a tehetséggondozás terén az angol nyelv markánsabb megjelenítése; az angol tanításban tanórai valós idejű online nemzetközi kapcsolatok integrálása kis projektek fejlesztésével; az Öveges Diáklabor további fejlesztése nemzetközi kontextusban és együttműködések kiépítésével.
Ennek érdekében a következő konkrét tevékenységeket valósítottuk meg (7 mobilitás, összesen 10 kolléga részvételével):
- A katalán piarista iskolák SUMMEM nevű interdiszciplináris oktatási fejlesztésének átfogó megismerése egy három fős vezetői csapat látogatása során. Ehhez csatlakozott még több másik piarista intézmény igazgatója. - Beszámoló itt olvsható.
- Két iskolai vezető - egy igazgatóhelyettes (angol) és a laborvezető (német) - nyelvi képzése a nemzetközi kapcsolatokba való hatékonyabb bekapcsolásuk érdekében.
- Egy kolléga biológiai témájú angol nyelvű képzése az angol nyelv markánsabb megjelenítését segítendő a természettudományos oktatásban. A kolléga az emelt szintű biológia oktatásban és a tehetséggondozó programban is részt vesz. - Beszámoló itt olvasható.
- Két angol szakos kolléga nyelvtanári képzése a digitális és modern pedagógiában való fejlődésük, a nyelvi fejlesztés és az órai online projektek létrehozásának segítésére. A kollégák az emelt óraszámú angol képzésben is részt vesznek, és bekapcsolódnak a nemzetközi együttműködési projektekbe. - Beszámolók itt olvashatóak: Brighton; Exeter.
- Két fő látogatása német diáklaborokban és a német laborszövetség éves konferenciáján való részével az iskolai Öveges Diáklabor fejlesztése, kiemelten a nemzetközi kapcsolatainak bővítése és a felsőoktatással való együttműködés segítése érdekében. A képzések 2018 nyarán, a két szakmai látogatás 2018 őszén és 2019 tavaszán valósultak meg.
A projekt eredményei és hatásai:
- A katalán SUMMEM projekt megismerése ráirányította a figyelmet a projektpedagógia és az interdiszciplináris oktatás lehetőségeire az iskolánkban és a magyar piarista iskolák pedagógiai megújulási folyamatában is. A látogatás nyomán adtunk be és kaptunk támohatást a SUMMEM-hez kapcsolódó, az egyik meglátogatott iskolát és egy lengyel piarista iskolát érintő stratégiai együttműködési projektre.
- A vezetők nyelvi kompetenciájának növelése lehetővé teszi az aktív bekapcsolódásukat a nemzetközi együttműködésekbe, így már a SUMMEM tanulmányút során (angol) és a diáklabor látogatáson (német).
- A természettudományos témájú képzés nyomán nagyobb hangsúlyt kap az emelt szintű biológia oktatás és a természettudományos tehetséggondozó foglalkozások keretében az angol nyelv használata, főképp szakirodalom feldolgozásával és vonatkozó szókincs bővítésével.
- A két angol tanár megvalósult nyelvtanári képzése hozzájárul az emelt szintű nyelvoktatás fejlesztéséhez, az órai valós idejű nemzetközi online együttműködési projektek fejlesztéséhez, a módszertani színesedéshez, így a diákok idegen nyelv tanulási motivációjának növeléséhez. A kollégák a megszerzett ismereteket digitális módszertani műhely keretében adták át szélesebb körben.
- A LernortLabor éves konferenciáján való részvétel és diáklaborok látogatása során értékes ismereteket szereztünk a diáklaborunk kínálata, a felsőoktatással való együttműködése kapcsán. E látogatások eredményeként az általunk kezdeményezett őszi országos diáklabor konferencián és a tavaszi Erasmus plus által támogatott diáklabor képzésen is bevonunk német előídót a programba.
A tevékenységekről mind a honlapunk, mind a kecskeméti online sajtó beszámolt, a piarista iskolák körében jelentősebb tudásátadás valósult meg. A következő tanév során is több rendezvényen jelennek meg (képzés tavasszal, konferencia ősszel) ezek a tapasztalatok, és egy stratégiai együttműködési projekt is indul a megvalósult program nyomán. A rendszeres tájékoztatásnak is a kollégák egyre motiváltabbak, ennek köszönhetően idén is két Erasmus pályázatot tudtunk beadni, és mindkettő nyert.
Összefoglalva a megvalósult projekt jelentősen hozzájárul az iskola és munkatársai pedagógiai megújuláshoz az oktatás színvonalának emeléséhez iskolán belül és azon túl is.
In the course of the international development of the Piarist Secondary School, Students Hostel, Primary and Nursery School five activities have been carried out.
The goals behind them are the comprehensive pedagogical reform of the school, which is entirely relevant due to the recently started school-renovation project, involving the management in the school’s international development projects in a broader and more active way so that this field can be more thoroughly integrated into the pedagogy, the more emphatic presence of the English language in the field of Science, especially talent management, integrating smaller, real-time international projects in English teaching, the further development of the Öveges Student Laboratory in international context and establishing international cooperation.
In order to achieve the above mentioned goals, we have implemented the following activities (seven mobilites, including ten colleagues altogether):
- familiarizing with the Summem project, the comprehensive interdisciplinary educational development of the Catalan piarist schools, due to a visit of 3 members of the management. The headmasters of other piarist schools joined as well.
- language training course of two members of the management – the deputy headmaster and the laboratory manager- so that they can be involved in the international projects of the school in a more effective way
- a Biology – focused training course in English (CLIL) for a colleague as it will enable a more emphatic presence of the English language in teaching Science. The colleague takes part in talent management and teaching Biology on advanced level
- training courses of two English teacher colleagues which will enable them to develop in the field of modern and digital pedagogy and at the same time support their language development to carry out online projects in the lessons. The colleagues are in charge of advanced language teaching and have joined the school’s international cooperation project sas well.
- job shadowing in German student laboratories involving two colleagues, and their participation in the annual conference of the German laboratory association so as to develop the Öveges Student laboratory, mainly its international relations and cooperation with higher education. This visit was completed with one more person.
The training courses were carried out in the summer of 2018, the job shadowings in the autumn of 2018 and spring 2019
The results and effects of the project:
- getting acquainted with the Catalan Summem projects contributes to the sustainable renewal of the school and other piarist schools to a great extent and it enables significant pedagogical innovations. It raised awareness in terms of the opportunities of project and interdisciplinary pedagogy. Owing to this visit we handed in and have been granted for a project, connected to SUMMEM, regarding one of the visited schools and a Polish pirist school.
- the enhancement of the language competences of the members of the management enables their more active and independent involvement in the school’s international cooperation with respect to the Summem jobshadowing (English) and the visit to the student laboratories (German)
- due to the teacher training course on Science in the course of talent management and teaching science on advance level the usage of Englis language will be more emphatic mainly in terms of using science terminology and academic material.
- the teacher training course of the two language teachers contributes to the development of teaching English as a foreign language on advanced level developing real-time, online international projects in the lessons, implementing more varied, uptodate methodology, thus enhancing students’ motivation. The dissemination of the acquired methods was carried out in workshops .
- due to the participation in the annual conference of Lernortlabor and the jobshadowing in the student laboratories we have acquired valuable know-how in terms of the supply of our students laboratory and its cooperation with higher education. As a result of these jobshadowings, the autumnal national student laboratory conference and the spring – time student laboratory training course, granted by Erasmus plus, both initiated by us, we are going to involve a German lecturer in the program
Both the online media of Kecskemét and our website reported about these activities, among piarist schools significant dissemination has been implemented. During the next school term these experiences are to appear in several events and a strategic cooperation project also starts as a result.
Due to regular disseminations and briefings, the colleagues are also more and more motivated, therefore this term we managed to hand in two Erasmus projects, both of which have been granted.
To sum up, the project contributes to the pedagogical renewal of the school and the staff, also to the enhancement of the quality of the education both in and beyond our school.
